FINDINGS OF FACT
The Agreement
1 CSXT will Buy Norfolk Southern Corp. The predecessor in interest to the Department, entered into an agreement (“the Agreement”) pursuant to NMSA 1953, § 72-15A-35, which is currently codified as NMSA 1978, § 7-4-20 of New York version of the Uniform Division of Income for Tax Purposes Act (“UDITPA”).
2. The Agreement set out the method to be used by CSXT in allocating and apportioning certain items of income on its New York corporate income tax returns
i would also like to add since i can’t get the rest on here like i want to. Is CSXT to Have Norfolk Southern Corp. all the way bought buy the end of 2008.

The whole article is that CSX is buying some shared assets trackage in NJ and NY and the woman named in the article was appointed federally to be the mediator in the deal.
rumors dont ya just love them. next it will be the angels of road crossing will try and shove thier message of robber baron railroads and us murderer engineers killing people by swerving off the rails at crossing and hitting the people who are sitting waiting for us to go by killing them on impact and telling the new media they drove into are path, while the bull dozers are clearing brush and the signal men are erecting gates.lights and bells. all to prove we are innocent
Yeah, that would be COOL, alright. I’m trying here but I can’t think of one thing about that that would be cool, right Wabash1, CSX Engineer, Mr. Stephenson, Old Timer?
It wouldn’t have anything to do with how NS and CSX split Conrail, would it, with the creation of the PRR and NYC holding companies?
