I was under the impression thatthe Kato SD70M flared units are in N scale. That is what it says in the back of the May MR magazine. WHere did you here about the HO scale ones?

Those SD70M units on the back of the May issue are shipping to dealers now, early 2005. Doing them in HO next year seems to be about par for Kato.

Who wants one of those icky modern DISESELS when they could have a slick looking BLI 2-10-4, a Bachmann spectrum 2-6-6-2 or a Life like berkshire.

I’m very happy to hear they’ll be coming out with a C&NW AC4400CW, but in 2006? I don’t know about you guys but when they announced they were going to make them in N but not in HO a few months ago it really disappointed me. I’ve been waiting for a highly detailed and affordable C&NW AC4400CW for what seems like forever. 2006 is a long ways off but I’ll be looking forward to it.

You are right about that, 2006 is a long time to weight, but for a Kato SD70M, and C&NW AC4400 in HO! I can be a very patient person! [swg]
