New Mexico crude oil facility expansion completed
This is on the western edge of the Permian Basin with existing refineries to the north, east and southest. Despite that and access to nearby pipelines, a facility to handle unit trains clearly indicates how significant that mode of transportation is going to be for the railroads.

Uh oh. Since this facility handles oil hopefully they can evacuate it before it blows up. It’s only a matter of time until it explodes, based upon the current sentiment towards this gold mine commodity group.
