Nice looking locomotive Bigdogjeff. Thanks for posting the photo. I did not know UP used that color scheme.

Joe, the UP also had a paint scheme that was the same except that the lettering and striping were silver where this one is yellow.

Very nice, the UP 844 is one terrific looking steamer. I had the opportunity a few years ago to ride on the UP Business train pulled by the 844 from Denver to Cheyenne during a LCCA Convention in Denver.

Great photos Seayakbill. Did the tracks bank that much, or was that due to an odd camera angle?

Joe,I would say the tracks were banked pretty good, I usually keep the camera as level as possible.
