And 14 days after opening the plant will transfer to Mexico or Nigeria.
Apparently this plant, while not even opening is becoming a political football. Will the incoming Govenor’s elect of Wisconsin, and Ohio making statements about the lack of a future in their States for HSR And, as well as Secy Ray LaHood pontificating about the monies already spent, and lack of the aforementioned, incoming Govenors’ lack of foresight. [soapbox]
My guess is that the Feds will, as they have done in New Jersey, start making noises about refunding post haste, the Federal Dollars already spent on HSR.[banghead]
The ‘Football’[State Wisc. and Oh. HSR] may very well be a victim of the ensewing Scrum. and Tatans statement maybe prophetic.[2c]
I keep in mmind the new stuff happening in Denver Colorado. They just broke ground on an airport shuttle and from what I’ve heard, it’s gonna be diesel commuter style. they’re gonna need to get sone type of cars and Nippon Sharyo can supply them with cars that can say “Crafted in the USA”. Music City star migt see a surge in commuter traffic as well and Nippon Sharyo could supply them with more of the car type they have. and last, who said Milwaukee won’t have a commuter railroad in the future. they’d be a lot better if they had one and Nippon Sharyo can supply them with gallery cars.
