Hawker-Siddeley covered hoppers? To me, the name Hawker-Siddeley reminds me of British aircraft. Where did I lose track?
Are these covered hoppers new tooling or new paint schemes on existing tooling?
How can my club, Brooklyn N Trak, which is offering 40 ft PRR Merchandise Service Boxcars in 6 unique road numbers in celebration of our 20th anniversary, get a mention of them in MR’s Club Offerings?
The Hawker Siddeley covered hoppers are also available in N Scale for $ 29.95. from Pacific Western Rail. www.pwrs.ca
The covered hoppers are all new molds done by North American Railcar to an exceptionally high level of accuracy and detail. These hoppers are accurate for Hawker Siddeley. IMRC did a similar release on the National Steel Car hopper. The Saskatchewan Grain Car Corp. only purchased Hawker Siddeley hoppers and the belly on the real cars is brown not black.
