Things like this kinda make me wonder. I run railroad website and i get the same requests to much! Yes there neat to watch and something intresting. But what peaves me is everyone EXPECTS us(people with sites) to put things like this on our sites for u to use. Let me break it down for you.
decent WEB cam 3000-10,000$
server to host $$$$$$$$$
bandwidth $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
insurance on the camera $$$$$$$$$$$
paying someone/buisness to mount camera on their building $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
And trying to get one mounted on RR property is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Please all be patient as im sure web cams will be online but please understand that it takes time and alot of money. I would love to but i dont charge for access to my site or anything so for me to dish out that kinda money is unrealistic. Company like Kalmbach they can do it but its still a big chunk of money and logisticly isnt that small a task either.
Just my 2cents
