I refer of course to Phil’s recent adventure at a CSX railyard. We need to know the make model and color of his car, the color of his clothing and the type of camera he uses.(BIG LENS on an SLR or simple compact digital?) A depiction of his getting busted would be a great addition on any modern CSX layout. That could be done near the scene of the New Fairfield Water Gestapo fining me for using the water that I paid $600 per year for.
My rail line is (slightly) based on a CSX line in the area. may hafta put that in the Tuscola Yard on mine (its the big yard)

Actually, he’ll be fine, or fined. Someone sent me an Email reply to this offering CSX yard info. Thanks a bunch, but I muddle freelance just for fun. Besides, we’re looking for details of Phils arrest, nt the CSX yard.

JAILBIRD UPDATE: For those of you who know about the recent events of my life (i.e. the Under Arrest! thread), the lead officer called me last night and appologized saying that they were wrong, I WAS on public property, I wasn’t doing anything wrong, and he said he’s sorry that they may have over reacted. No charges are going to be filed by the police department or the department of homeland security. I just want this to go away.
Side Note: The wife thought it was pretty exciting to be married to such a “dangerous” guy though. Maybe I shouldn’t have told her it was over just yet, huh? [;)]
It looks like Phil’s Monopoly game is now missing it’s “Get Out of Jail FREE!” card.
I’ve seen people being arrested in models before. Even RR police nabbing vandals in train yards, but a photographer being arrested by Homeland Security near a CSX yard, that would be a great vignette.
Sadly, when I do something naughty or dangerous, my wife stays away from me, sometimes for days.[:(]
