I finally subscribed after 39 years of modeling. This is my first post. I model in multiple scales with a focus on narrow gouge and dual gage. I model PRR (including narrow gouge), EBT, D&RGW RGS in Fn3, On3, O scale, On30, Sn3, S scale, HOn3 and HO. I do a lotof forced perspective.

I have many fond memories of riding the EBT back in the 1960s and '70s! One year we got snowed-in during one of the Winter Spectaculars and spent three days in Breezewood, Pa. until the Pennsylvania Turnpike reopened!
Back then you could ride anywhere you wanted and I chose the running board of a tank car (they occasionally ran freights during the Spectaculars). What a surprize it gave me when we rounded a curve and the tank lurched toward me, just a little, but enough to give me an unexpected thrill!
I hope you can post some photos soon…
Happy Modeling, Ed

Hello! E.B.T. is an old friend. My first visit was in 1960, and my most recent was this afternoon when I passed through Orby! Glad to have you aboard!

Welcome to the forums! [#welcome]
I love the EBT. I have used several of their buildings as inspirations for my engine terminal. So far I have built the steam generator building, the wheel and brake shop and the brick paint shed, all reasonably close to the originals, and I have used the board and batton construction and window styles for a large machine shop and engine service shop.

Always good to have another narrowgauger to make this place a little classier[;)]
Your wealth of experience makes you a valuable addition to the mix round here.
Does your interest extend to W&W or OR&W?
