Last week the ups man was kind enough to drop my new Lionel B&O Mikado locomotive. I didn’t get the Legacy model, just the conventional. Still I’m impressed w/ the sounds, and the chatter between the crew and the dispatcher. It smokes well enough for my liking, and runs great. All that one needs in a loco, right.?
The only drawback was that the curvature on the Abingdon and Rte 7 RR needed reworking, she’s a long locomotive and doesn’t care much for O-48 s-curves, nor O-48 curves. So…no more S-curves and I now have O-54 curves on the mainline.
