My Mother-in-law gave me some of my Father-in-laws toys
This is a clock works tank, made by Gescha, a German Toy maker. And yes it still runs
This is made by Brumm and it is 1/43 scale
And I pick these up for our Circus Layout, made by ‘World’s Fair Vignettes’ only $10.99
The fortune teller crystal ball blink on and off.
Very nice selection of toys, Spank. I really like the tank
Great stuff! Thanks for sharing this with us! That tank is a great example of the golden age of tinplate toys! It would make a good flatcar load.
cool!!! and [#ditto ] what sask_tinplater said, the tank would make a great load.
Sask - you are right, because of it’s size, it would be great on a standard guage tin plate. [;)]
Hello Tom: Your Mother-in-Law is a wise person, giving cherished possessions to a person who will appreciate them ( Did the same with a lot of my Dad’s things). Kind Regards Steve

Hi Tom, and yes, those are very nice & they are in good hands again! Oh, did he ever show you those before, & did he get them when he was a boy? Thanks, John
This one another one of his toys.
This is also a clock works and is new in the box. The Grandkids didn’t play with it.
This Mercedes needs a little more care. This is the second time I am putting the headlights back on it, along with the Mercedes logo on the hood.
