New Video From El Paso TX

This UPRR WB stacker is coming around a curve @ El Paso TX. Ahead is the trestle over the Rio Grande River on its way to its final destination in LA.

Please go to myrailpix.com then the my train video link to
view it or any of my other videos or pix posted on the
site.

Spbed,

While I appreciate anyone who shares photos and videos, it would really be easier if you would link directly to your video, especially since several of the latest are all from El Paso, TX. So here’s how you can easily post a direct link:

  1. Open Trains.com and type your message as you normally would. Before you post it, though, follow the rest of these steps.

  2. If you’re using the latest version of Internet Explorer, open another tab. If you’re using an older version of Explorer, open another window.

  3. Go to your YouTube account and open the video that you wish to reference in your post.

  4. Once you’re at the screen showing that video, highlight the web address and right click it. A pop-up menu will appear. Choose “Copy.”

  5. Switch back to Trains.com by either switching to that tab or window. Choose where you want your link to go in your message and right click again. Again, a pop up menu will appear. This time choose “Paste.”

  6. Trains.com will ask you if you want to allow access to the link you’re trying to post. Choose “Allow.”

  7. Press the spacebar once, and the link should be activated, just like this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=vQBZocQLr-s

If you want to get fancy, you can embed the URL into text by formatting it like this:

SPbed’s El Paso {url=http://youtube.com/watch?v=vQBZocQLr-s}Video{/url}.

The only difference is that wherever you see a {, put a [. Wherever you see a }, put a ].

The result will look like this:

SPbed’s El Paso Video.

In this particular video, my standard critiques still stand. I think your videos would be a lot better if you would kill some of the dead time (there’s 23 seconds of nothing at the beginning of this one) and if you would make sure that your horizons are level.

Thanks for sharing.
