Anyone own the new Walther’s HO scale bottle cars? Was wondering if,
since they are now “Ready to run”, are they are any better than the
kits that came out years ago with the first run of the Steel Mill ? The
old ones were a pain to put together and to get the trucks/wheels in
gauge to make them run right, and honestly, I was never able to make
them work the way I expected them to preform on the layout. I have to
get some new ones to replace them and I wanted to know if the new cars
were better or not? (I noticed right off the bat from their flyer that
the coupler heights don’t match up with the gons in the photo !).
