I’m getting hammered with pop ups when I go there. I’ve got Earthlink AND Google pop up blocker and they’re still getting through. Every new section I click on loads 5-10 pop ups. I also keep getting a Microsoft installer message that says MS small office is trying to download.(???)
What I can see when I clear all the pop ups looks good.
I did get a pop up on everything I clicked on, but just one, not multiple. Pop-ups are how the free hosting services get money so they can offer a free service, but it is a bit annoying nevertheless.

Yea. I know how pop ups work. I haven’t had any get through my blockers in a long time. (at least not THAT many) I don’t know what the heck that MS installer was? It keeps asking for my Office disks to be installed. I had to close that 6 times before it went away. Every time I clicked something on the site it would pop back up and try to install. (my computers been doing some strange stuff lately, guess it’s time for the dreaded reformat[V])
Yea I’m not sure why it was trying to run a MS installer script. I didn’t have that happen, so maybe you do need a computer overhaul. It’s a dog eat dog computer world anymore…

I fixed the guestbook problem. I’m not sure what happened there, but something didn’t install correctly the first time around. As for the pop-ups, I know they are a bit annoying, but you shouldn’t get more than one per page. As stated above, that is the price of a free web site.

It’s what I use for my hosting of my work-in-progess site for my model railroad club (this one), and it seems to work pretty darn well. In the few months I’ve had a site there it’s never been down yet that I know of, and you can’t beat the Storage space and bandwidth for free!
Very nice website, BTW! I especially like the Baseball field, it’s very cool.

I didn’t get a single pop up. I’m guessing because I operate a Mac. But I’m not sure since I’m computer illiterate. Ron, great site. Your photo’s brought back memories of railfanning with my dad in Saginaw. Keep up the good work.
