noticed in the local paper there are plans to build a grain loading facility here in town.it will be located just west of FC.It will have a loop track and capacity of 75 cars.Csx will handle the cars in and out.matt and I will monitor the progress.

Sounds like it will be interesting for you guys to observe. Will one (perhaps the) entrance be tied in with FC?
I hope progress moves faster for you than it seems to around here…otherwise Matt may have to tell his kids to keep an eye on things!

FC(or as some csx workers call it fried chicken but thats another story) is the diamond where csx crosses the maw.The maw(former wabash) has the advantage because the wabash was first in defiance.Csx and the maw have an interchange track right near FC as well.The new facility would be just a tad bit further down the line.It would be located between csx and the maw but no mention at all of the maw tying into the facility as well.they would need alot of work and money to come in.The the grain could go out NS via the maw.hope this helps.
