Correction, Fulton Center is pegged for an August or September opening based on the MTA’s comments. The #7 extension could be Dec 2014 but likely is early next year instead.
The incline elevators will be tested in Italy and not New York as they haven’t been installed according to media reports here.
These projects can’t be within budget if there’s additional labor being performed.
