I picked up a few kits from a company in Canada called Kanamodel. They feature laser cut wood (from Northeastern) and resin castings. My enginehouse kit was missing a very small piece of wood that had broken off of one of the main boards. I emailed them with a description and they sent a whole new main board by mail the same day. AND they included a Grandt line hand car kit “for my trouble”. Now that is my kind of service!
