$600,000? A drop in the bucket, I dont think thats the true reason but, if it sells true, it must be!
I thought the direct train could not be provided during peak traffic periods due to the capacity limitations of the 2 existing tunnels into NY. I do not see how $600K would make a difference considering this problem.
