Something tells me that Cablevision has it in the contract that this WiFi service will be free for the subscribers of Cablevision Comcast and Time Warner, while those who have satellite, Verizon, or just uses the rabbit ears will be unable to use the WiFi service without paying a premium to Cablevision.

…and the Trenton line…owned by Amtrak…wifi already available on some trains…
