I have an Athern NKP ALCO Bluebird passenger engine. What sound and DCC decoder would be right? I have no idea how a 50’s ALCO sounded.
Since I have returned to the hobby after 25 years it appears that the construction of locos is not being done much anymore. I have many steam loco kits and detail parts that I picked up years ago. I also had issues of MR that gave detailed instructions on scratch building locos.
