Do you have to be a member to submit photos?
As a matter of fact, no. You do not have to be an NMRA member to submit. Photos and a brief description is what is needed. Just follow the instructions on one of the pages on how to submit. Not everything that has been submitted has been used, but almost everything has. [:)]
