NMRA Train Show

Do you have to be a NMRA member to go to one of these? http://www.nationaltrainshow.org/

No you do not need to be a member to go to the show. Here is the ours for the general public who wish to attend.

National Train Show Public Hours
Friday, July 18 - 12 Noon to 6 PM
Saturday, July 19 - 10 AM to 6 PM
Sunday, July 20 - 10 AM to 5 PM

These shows are huge so plan on spending more then a few hours there.

tHANKS!

Dave is right! I spent 6 hours at the Detroit show last year. I saw a lot of neat new stuff and also picked up a couple things I was looking for, at good prices. It’s well worth the price of admission.

Steve

I attended the National show in Cincinnati in 2005. Again, well worth the price of admission. All the major manufacturers are also at these shows.

Highly recommended.

Joel

Really wish they’d come to pensacola during the summer.

Or one in Destin, there is a big enough area in the confrence center for one.

Yep…spent about 5-6 hours at the Atlanta show on Saturday with the wife and The Kid, then about 6 hours on Sunday by myself!!! As well as a few hundred dollars! [:-^]

Rotor

Sorry packer the show is part of the national convention each year. this year it is in Anehiem(sp). I wont be at this one and will miss the chance to talk to the manufacturers reps.

Dave

DON’T take anyone with you that’s not interested in trains. They’ll get bored and you’ll be mad about leaving after only 2 hours.[banghead]
