I notice that the No 10. Electric sets from MTH come with 330 series passenger cars. Are there any other (longer) passenger cars that would couple to the No. 10 and look okay?

I’m not familiar with MTH’s reproductions but Lionel originals had 2 distinctly different small passenger car series in the classic era. One group consisted of the 332, 337, 338. The other consisted of the 332, 339, 341, Both series were 12" long and used 500 series trucks but differed generally in their side window pattern. Either came mated to a #10 in original sets.
You could even used the medium sized 319, 320, 322 series or 309, 310, 312 series ( a little over 13" long ) without dwarfing the size of the #10. Coupler height will match on all the above.
Reproductions of all these cars have probably been made at one time or another.
