where can I get Operating instructions for this accessory

Are looking for an instruction sheet to complete a boxed 264, or do you just want to know more about setup and operation?

I. bought A #264 AT A TRAIN SHOW , BUT WHEN I OPENED THE BOX THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS.

Thanks for the link. With the exception of the command control section, that sheet for the 2000 reissue of the 264 is almost identical to the original postwar 264 sheet. All tips and the conventional instructions work for both the original and reissue of the 264.

what is the best voltage for this accessory?

10-14 volts, but each 264 seems to have it’s own sweet spot within that range.
