How can you tell how old a thread is? The last post date is on the topics list, but no original post date. Bring it back!
You could open the thread. And then look at the top left corner of the first post in the thread. That will tell you when the thread was created and therefore how old the thread is.

As mentioned above, you can see it once you’re within the thread.
We never displayed the original post date on the old Trains.com forums index page. The only date that showed was the “Last Post” date. For example, check out our Scale Auto magazine forum:

If that’s true Bergie then how come I can tell you that username aloco made a topic post titled “FAVOURITE TYPE OF LOCOMOTIVE” on 7 June. I found that out when I went all the way back to page 32 - that’s where it had slipped to in the 15 days since the last post - during our recent downtime???
