I recently purchased a MRC PA. Initial connection shows my no-load output at 0.15 volts. My locomotive decoders have not arrived yet so I can not do much. I did try to hookup a dispatch decoder as an accessory switch but I could not get enough power for the accessory device to move (tried a tortouise switch that is know good).
If someone with a MRC PA could test their no-load output and let me know what they have I would appreciate it.
