So we can have a little fun with this!
Title says it all.
That police department needs to upgrade their dashcams, however. A daguerreotype camera took better pictures!

Two perfectly innocent automobiles were killed - One of them TWICE. First by the cretin that drove it on the tracks and secondly by the train that used it as a cue ball to strike police car that was most likely destroyed by the carrom shot.
The GPS said turn left …
What about trauma to the driver of the train?
The Amtrak engineer is fine, although the locomotive was damaged. As I said, no-one hurt, no-one killed.
An incident, not an accident, although it certainly could have been worse, in which case I never would have opened the topic.
“That will definitley hurt that cars resale value” said W.C. Fields in “The Bank Dick.”
She was drunk and by the name it would seem that she was Muslim. I thought Muslims didn’t drink?
And I thought that Catholics couldn’t get divorced.
A different event that fits the title of this topic: https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2019/11/22/metrolink-train-collides-with-car-in-santa-fe-springs/ The “car” was a RV. and it caught fire.
I’m by no means an expert on this, but I think whether Muslims can drink or not depends on the particular sect they belong to.
The other thing is, even though the young woman has a Middle-Eastern sounding name she may not be Muslim at all. There’s quite a few Christians in the Middle East, many of whom have left in the past few years with the rise of Islamic terrorism.
Just because one proffesses to be of a particular religion does not mean that they adhere to all the facets of that particular religion.
I recall visiting the Hebron Yeshiva about 20 years ago, and after an important lecture went to the that Yeshiva’s combination student dining hall and cafeteria. While having lunch two young men, without head-coverings, with one wearing a teeshirt with an Arabic slogan on it, entered, bought beer, and sat down at a long table already partly occupied by some of the students, and obviously enjoyed their drinks. My friend, a student and teacher at the Yeshiva, told me they come nearly every day.

Was never the case as long as I can remember. Suicides do not automatically go to hell either, that was amended a while back as well. Hollywood is responsible for proliferating the stereotypes though.
They have to apply for an be given an annullment by the church (completely separate from the official legal process)
When it comes to the subject of Hollywood and religious stereotypes, someone in the 1930’s noted that studios owned by Jews made movies that explained Catholicism to to a nation of Protestants.
A twice civily divoreced lady I was dating for a while wanted to persue Annulment through the Church - with all the ‘hoops’ they wanted her to jump through as well as the cost of the proceedings she gave up on the idea.
Because Lady NKP (pace Firelock76) had been married previously, in order to make an honest woman of her and be wed in the Episcopal Church, we first had to have her RC marriage annulled, which my Episcopal bishop was pleased to grant…for free, I might add.
One take-away: Protestant churches are easier to deal with.
NKP Guy- Jews may have run the studios, but non-Jews, specifically an Irish Catholic decided what movies the public was allowed to see:

It might be why so many films from back then were pure Irish malarkey- “Going My Way,” anyone? Great film by the way, Bing was never better!
Breen was anti-Semitic and seemed to discourage production of movies that might offend Nazi Germany before the war.
