I have lost my reply box toolbar. How do I get it back?

Jeff, have you tried to dump your cookie and log in again? Mine shows, although I just tried to place you under moderation to see what showed, and when I clicked again to see if it ‘took’, the option available was to again place you under moderation. So…I’m stumped. If a cookie renewal won’t reset it, please contact customer services.
