Wall washers? http://www.thecasthouse.com/Wall%20Washer%20page.htm
That’s ‘nomEnclature’. I had no idea what you meant until I ‘translated’ it, by entering it into Google & finding the correct spelling.
I pulled up this link,
and was at bit miffed that the supplier’s promotional page did not specify the modeling scale. Then I noticed it said their products were cast from authentic antiques originals. Duh, how do you cast an HO or N scale part from a prototype original? Duh? Oh. They’re not selling models. They’re selling the full sized stuff…
Sorry that I didn’t meet your expectations. I took the original question to be a two-parter…where do I buy them, and what are they called. I think I answered the second question.
Probably should point out, however, that the OP didn’t specify the scale. For all I know he is modelling in 12 inch equals 1 foot scale…
Anyhow, I looked little further, and can now provide a link to a discussion of these items, http://www.railroad-line.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=40498. Looks like you can get them from Grandt Line and Tichy.
