I am looking for a picture of NS 3821. It is an derated SD40-2 ( ex 6206) to SD38-2 standards. Someone who has seen this unit ?

No, but I’ll post a shot if I do. My guess is their won’t be much (if any) of an external difference from an SD40-2.

The only difference I see is 2 radiator fans (as opposed to 3), the addition of an air filter box, and two small exhaust stacks.
