For the rail industry to brag about planting trees and reducing carbon is just wrong while the public sees graffiti covered trains at crossings nationwide.
Don’t see the importance of try not to pollute, Jim? Sure graffiti is very unsightly but I believe the mitigating the pollution problem take precedence.

Just thinking how unfortunately ironic was the selection of a 19-year old locomotive for the article, hardly an example of one of NS’s most advanced environmentally-friendly engines.
