North Carolina releases rail plan for public comment
I was hoping that operating passenger service between Salisbury and Asheville would be included. Perhaps there is so little such in prospect that thruway bus service will be sufficient?
Typical government document: executive summary is 20 pages. I didn’t even try the full plan. I was afraid it would overflow RAM.
