Northwestern PA teen missing

Buddy on another forum I visit had his 15 year old child run away.

She has run away before but this is the first time she has been gone for more than a day.She lives with her Mom in Erie Pa.If any of you just happen to think you may have seen her please contact 1-800-THE-Lost.She has been filed with the national data base.She wa last seen getting into a car in front of her high school in Harborcreek Pa.
I have never have felt so helpless in my entire life.Being so far away and not having money to travel really blows,and being with 1 vehicle really makes it even more difficult.I pray I can say she has been found in a short period of time.But if you all could get the word out I would so much appreciate it.
Her name is Jessica.
Thank you all so much.Here is a picture of her sittin on my knee just a few months ago.

Just an update,when she was last seen,she was getting into a white 4 door sedan,make/model unknown.

Thanks again,she was seen with at leats 3 other people at the time she got into the car.

Time is important in finding a missing child.

I pray they find her soon and unharmed.

Most kids dont runaway unless they already have somewhere to go, a thorough check of any and all friends or aquaintenses or contacts no matter how remote is in order, plus a thorough check of all internet messages over the last month or two to make sure she wasnt planning to leave with someone, most ISP’s will assist law inforcment in this matter.

i’m sorry but most parents would bend over backwards in a case such as that… ‘i don’t have much money and only one car’ sounds pretty horse*** to me. hopefully she ends up alright tho. there’s been enough bad news about that stuff in the media lately, some good is long overdue

She probaly ran away with a truck driver out of the TA truck stop there…Theres not much in Erie so can you blame her?

Suggest to the Dad that he might want to make a list of all of her friends, check with the parents of those kids and see if they’re hanging at their usual places. Make a list of everyone who usually calls a lot and look closer at anyone who hasn’t been calling lately. List all of her really favorite things and use that as a starting place to decifer what her email password might be and hope for a clue in there somewhere. Get hold of the ISP and have them monitor if she’s accessing her email from a remote location. Probably won’t lead to her where abouts but activity shows that she’s still around somewhere. Think about stores and places she usually heads to when she leaves town for the day and contact them to see if she’s shown up there.

I raised two daughters alone and I’ve been there done that. Tell him to keep the faith and let his imagination run wild looking for possible places to look for leads. It might do more than help bring her home it will give him something to do besides worry and fret.
