I’ve always loved this guy’s music, especially the stuff no one else likes: “Trans” is possibly his most innovative and greatest album and no question the worst selling of his career, with “Time Fades Away” in the running. And you know you’re a die hard follower (like me) if you scrambled to get the Japan issued only “Eldorado” or already had bootleg copies of the missing Neil Young CD releases. Or have live tapes of every Neil Young concert you’ve ever been to.
For those who might be living in a cave, Neil Young is not only a brilliant musician/songwriter/artist but also was the leading force in the development of Lionel’s TMCC and is a minority owner of the company. His wife Pegi is the founder and former head of the Bridge School in San Franciso.
Anyways Neil’s been hospitalized. Here’s a news couple links to the story …

Here’s wishing Neil, Pegi and their kids the best… hope Neil makes a speedy recovery!!!
I am familiar with his works.
I wish him a very speedy recovery,Hope things can be ‘cured’,and
no long lasting results from all of this.
I hope Mr. Young makes a full and speedy recovery. He’s kind of a strange bird, but I like the guy! [8D]
Well your not alone in liking the Trans album, but my all time favorite is the “Harvest” album…
Hope everything turns out well for him.
Didn’t know he had any association with Lionel, interesting facts. Go luck Neil, and my fav is wooden ships, I believe is the title.
Also been watching the Pope story. Right after Terry S., now the Pope. Hope he gets well or just goes peaceful.

I heard this on the news. Thankfully, they said this morning that everything went fine and that he’s expected to make a full recovery without any problems. I’'ve always been a fan of his and enjoyed his music. He’s a good guy, has done a great deal for the hobby and plus (bit of patriotic pride here), he’s a Canadian. Here’s wishing you well, Neil!
I, too, have been watching the Pope story. I’m not Catholic, but I am a Christian and have always admired to Pope for all of the wonderful things he’s done and the inspiration he’s been to people.
