Not-quite-western (Chad hasn't been this far east) Where-Is-It

OK, I’m beginning to get some of my shots from the past week uploaded, so now I can try one of these. This was a very interesting consist paralleling the freeway- a standard-length TOFC unit train, with only one loco pulling! Guess where…

Oh, and don’t be led astray by the rrpicturearchives-forced labeling!

Fremont, Nebraska?

Nope, not Nebraska…

Hmmmmm…methinks I might know…

Guess quick, I have to leave the computer alone for the rest of the day- busy, busy, busy!!!

OK…was going to let someone else have a go…but if you’re going to be gone…

I’d have to say it’s on the Brush Sub paralleling Interstate I-76 somewhere around the extreme east side of Brighton, CO.

Correctimundo. I think I was approaching the Lochbuie exit or just past it. Amazing how they can get away with only one engine on that train- must be because it’s all gradually downhill?
