Im modeling an ethanol plant, I would like some input as to how a plant
like this would discard the wastecorn after it has been brewed? Could it be
resold or do you think they would just discard it?

It might be sold to a power plant to mix with coal for their generators. I doubt if there would be any nutritional value left for it to be sold back to farmers as cattle feed. Fertilizer, maybe? Or composted and sold to gardeners? Hopefully someone who works for one of these facilities will be able to come up with a more definitive answer.
I alwys thought it was used/supplemented in feed for cattle as “cornmash”. Ive seen it and its a pasty-deep yellow substance. At least I always thought it was?!
