Greetings, Earthlings — I come in peace;

I would like to rant about we Model Railroaders for a moment, if I may?

We buy cheap (inexpensive) stuff, and then we BITCH about the quality of that which we have purchased!

If you wish to buy a $10.00 locomotive and expect it to perform as a $150.00 Atlas or Athearn Genesis, or a Stewart et al, you need help.

Having said that, if you wish to disect (sic) your inexpensive purchase, have at it. I only purchase high-end, quality stuff (above aforementioned ) and you know what?? I’ve only been dissapointed ONCE!

I’m pulling the plug on this thread. It’s not the subject as much as the set up. I predict it will not come to a good end.
