So another train had already encountered heavy smoke, passengers on the station platform were exposed to the smoke, and the train still entered the tunnel?
@Landon, not quite, the train in question 302, was the first train to encounter the smoke, the following trains which stopped short of the L’Enfant Plaza station and the passengers in the station also were exposed to the smoke. There was no other train before 302 that was exposed, it was the following train.
I’ll bet the GOP will blame this on POTUS
