Are there any books covering the NYC (CCC&St. Louis) in Illinois from Indianapolis to and from St Louis, MO?

About the only book I know of is the softcover book (annual magazine) published by the T.R.R.A. Historical Society in 2002. (Issue 61-62 Summer 2002). It’s out of print but you might want to check their website at trra-hts.railfan.net
