Does anyone know the exact dates (or as close as you can get) to when the NYS&W purchased:
GP40 3040
E9’s 2400 & 2402
SD70M’s 4050, 4052, 4054
I know the E9’s and SD70M’s came in 1995, but I’m curious as to which months? I’m also curious as to when 3040 arrived - at least the year if no one knows any more. From all of my research, I can only find pictures as far back as 1999, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t around before that.
