O 31 curves for RTS 8.0?

Anyone know if there is a library that has O31 curves in it for RTS 8.0?

I can find O27 and many larger but no plain old O31.

Has someone made library that has it or am I just missing it?

If there’s any way to put your own in, the radius is 14.142 inches (10 * sqrt(2)) to the center rail.
