Just wondering if this engine(and its coaches Annie and Clarabelle) are available as separate-sale items and if so where they could be found.Thanks for the info in advance.

I’ve seen some of the additional cars/characters as separate sale items but not the three mentioned. Try e-bay, someone’s always selling set breakup items.

You might try looking a train show. I saw Thomas and the two coaches a train show Saturday. Thomas’ asking price was $75 and the coaches $20 ea.
Rodgers suggestion of Ebay is excellent.
