Mine are late. THey usualy arrive the 30th or the 1st at the latest…maybe today.
Could be Irene, though nowhere near the midwest, may have caused snares here…but boy do the bills keep rolling in!
Gotta love page 20…
RAILWAY POST OFFICE The retired fire captain lays down the law.
Might have to hit Walthers cornerstone up as well on page 35… [8-|]
was a good issue, cant wait to read next months also. Eric Broomans Utah Belt is one of my fav model railroads
I was eagerly awaiting the Paul Dolkos city modeling article, and it didn’t disappoint.
I would give it a B plus, based on my preferences and what I was looking for.
The issue now reposes in my bathroom waiting further perusal. After a month or so it will move to the shelves in the train room before my wife throws it out…

Been annoying my mailbox with the repeated walks to check it the past few days. But still nothing. Maybe today.
Or maybe the mailman is just keeping it to read a few days before he hands it over.
Got mine today alone with my TRAINS mag.
Since a thread about the issue had been started, I thumbed through it quickly to see what the hoopla was. The first 15 pages or so were just like any other issue. I was diasappointed. Then the next, oh, 15 pages same thing…then I got into some meaty articles and thought “yeah, not a bad issue”.
Good stuff in there.
I think MR is working to improve its offerings.
OK more like this issue please. I said please. Yes you all always come out with the best but sometimes you hit it on the rail on the head at least for me with an issue that touches on just about all of my intrests. Thank you and remember I said PLEASE:)
Just finished running through it.
I believe the Navy has an appropriate term:
WELL DONE!
