Odd looking container cars

These are the strangest looking container cars I have ever seen. They look like FGE built reefers.

Dude, those are reefers.

Most were originally built in the 60s & early 70s and have been rebuilt with modern cooling systems.

Were the graffitists nice enough to renumber it or were the shop guys trying to be artisitc?
