Odds and ends via UPS

First off is the new Atlas O 55 ton side panel hopper in The World’s Greatest Road Name.

Next is the new Bachmann On30 4-4-0 (next to an Atlas F unit for a size reference).

And the Atlas O Pennsy signal system

And my feeble attempts at customizing an Atlas switch tower, which is, by-the-way, a snap together kit. No glue needed.

And last but not least, a test shot of the CTT York button for April.

I like the hopper. I may grab one(or three) when I get my Legacy GP7.

John

You must have used the wrong photo with your statement, it doesn’t have the B&O logo on that hopper. [:P] [swg]

Jason

Isn’t B&O a Swedish stereo-equipment maker?

Nah, yer all wrong…if it ain’t PRR, it ain’t a railroad…(and me being a CNJ fan)[swg]

Hey Bob, if I can get my degree in writing, can I come & play with your toys?[:-^][sigh]

I Carl & Kent are only members of the staff with a degree in Journalism or the paper sciences … Roger’s is history and mine Poli Science … so we’re eclectic in that regard.

I like the hopper. It would look great with one of my kid’s patented coal loads. [tup]

Jim

Roger is also a baseball freak. Ask him who won the 1994 World Series and see what he says.

If not the “World’s”, certainly it’s “America’s” [bow]

Unless he is a White Sox fan, he should not be too upset. It was ours for the taking that year…[:(]

John

Boy, wasn’t that the truth, John. That Atlas tower looks neat - and it’s all snap-together? Wow.

Bob…Do the UPS delivery people seem to hang around your office to watch you open your packages? You might think about opening a bar in your office, just so people could drink and watch the trains run. Isn’t drinking, ice fishing and trains Milwaukee’s favorite sport pastimes? [(-D]

I like the badge above all else~! When does CT start giving these out at their stand?

Doesn’t look like UP to me.

The badges are given out at our booth in the Orange hall Friday when the doors open. Be advised that there two lines - one from each of the nearby doorways.

Last Fall we tried a new system - rather than just leave them in baskets or on the table, where frankly, guys would often take a handful we’ll be passing them out - 1 per customer - but if you want a second, you’ll need to go to the end of the line.

More people were able to get them than previously.

And no, the UPS drivers don’t hang around - they dump the stuff in distribution and move along to their next stop!
