Did K-line trains go bankedruped??? That’s what i am hering from my hobby store. Does anybody here know what happened???

I’m just a model train shop owner, not a lawyer, so I’m not going to try to explain it!
All I really know is that Lionel bought them out. They are still putting trains out in the K-Line name, however. In my opinion, it really wasn’t a big loss, but that’s just my opinion.
