OGR Registration Problems

I have for the last week been trying to register on OGR…and all I get is this.

Any idea what is going wrong?

I would press the contact us button at the bottom of their page and ask them via email. You would probably get a quicker and more accurate response.

Why don’t ask them?

Why come to another companies forum to ask about a problem with there forum yes a lot here go to both but its not really the correct way and may even get the host a little upset

The folks who run OGR are getting very paranoid about controlling the content on thier website. A number of people have been banned from posting there and have reregistered under other names. On Febuary 1st they instituting some kind of verification process checking you against you address or phone number. You are likely caught up in whatever glitches putting such a program in place causes.

DID you get a “email verification” from them? I’m not sure non-members can email them, but I may be wrong. Could you have a “block” which prevents their email from getting to you? Joe

Now that is good question. Now Joe mentions it, I got one a week or so ago. Did you get one?

Untill he is registered he cannot post his problem. I would send the email to OGR office.Their contact us does not always work very well.

Yes…I did receive an email verification…which I responded to.

Then when I tried logging in…I got the message that I posted.

And as I said…I sent email directly to them…with no response.

So it would seem that I am at a deadend until something changes.
