Ohio Valley Free-mo Spring Construction Session, June 2-3 2007

There will be a construction and info sharing session in 2 weeks here in Dayton, OH. The date isJune 2 and 3, from 10AM until everyone who shows up decides to leave, (preferably by 9PM since I have finals that week, lol).

This is a chance for anyone who may be interested in the Free-mo style of modular model railroading to come out and have thier questions answered, mingle with other Free-mo modelers, or to even build thier own module.

I will provide some snacks and beverages for everyone as well as detailed CAD drawings for those who would like to build some modules. The drawings are based on pricipal standards of Free-mo but with some of my ideas for construction.

If you would like to participate, please email me at john@jgmconst.com and provide info on who you are, when you would like to come and where you will be coming from so I can give you good directions. If you are familiar with the Dayton, Ohio area, I am just a few blocks from the GM truck plant.

Also, if you miss this session, the next session will be in the fall, sometime around October.

Unfortunatly, I will have to cancel the construction session for this weekend. I have to work some mandatory OT. I will try to arrange one, maybe 2 sessions or more before the November NMRA show here in Dayton. I’ll be moving soon, so I might hold off on it until we get moved.

I will also take any suggestions on when would be a good time to reschedule from anyone intersted in attending.
