I searching the oil tank of IHC.It´s a detail part in HO , It´s to see of the Modelrailroader issue 4/2011 on page 45.Can someone help me and send the little tank to me?

I don’t know if that little oil tank is by IHC or not. However, take a look at the following link: http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/785-212.
If you take the tank off the stand shown in the middle of the picture, it will be very close to the one shown in the April MR. Sorry, I don’t have one of those however.
