Engineers: I picked up a MDC oil tender for 7.00 bucks a while back. Along with hand rails new couplers and commonwealth trucks Inow have a gem of a tender. How far east can I go and still find a road that used them. Im from near Albany N. Y. and naturally favor NYC, DH, BM,and Rutland. How about Erie? Any help? Happy Jose
Vanderbilt or rectangular?
None of the roads you mentioned used oil fuel in their steam locomotives.
On the East Coast, the Florida East Coast used oil fuel in their steam locomotives. 'Course that’s a bit far south.
